Masters Level champion Raw Powerlifter in the 275 lbs weight class with a 1955 lbs total at the 2019 Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio.

Jumpstart: 2 times per week

A beginner starts by discovering how his/her body responds to training by learning as much as possible and building a base foundation while experimenting with different techniques and movements. This is a “very important step” and is not to be skipped.

Flex Hybrid: 2-3 times per week

Depending on your schedule or if you are an intermediate lifter that has begun to understand how their bodies react to certain exercises and set/rep ranges. At this stage in training, mind/muscle connection is much better than when a lifter is new (Beginner) to training. This allows for the workouts to be more effective and the muscles receive proper stimulus while avoiding injury.

Champion: 3 times per week

This program is for a person who is super focused on their personal goals or an advanced lifter knows exactly how they want to train and is confident in what will or will not work for them regarding a personal power building routine.

All appointments are scheduled Monday thru Friday.
The program commitment is 90 days then month to month afterwards.
